Méthode champenoise with bottle ageing for seven years.

Tasting:

Palate Creamy and soft at the start, then a smooth, slender body, complex, tense, deep in the aromas and wonderfully mineral, finishing with notes of yellow fruits.

Well chilled from the flute as an aperitif, a few degrees warmer from bulbous glasses it goes wonderfully with seafood, fish dishes, white meat and poultry, as well as mild cheeses.

Ready to drink:

Year + 10 to 25 years

The vintage will be delivered between 2010 - 2013.
